In English, the children have planned and created a diary entry in the role of Selvi, recounting the events that have occurred so far. I have been so impressed with the quality of writing and throughly enjoyed reading them. The children were so keen to include descprtive features within their writes.

In Maths, the children have continued to the multiply and divide 1 and 2 digit numbers. The children then explored how many different combinations can be made.

In Science, the children looked at the term Sediment before creating Fact Files on: Igenous, Metamorphic and Sedimentary rocks. 

In Geography, the children located famous rivers in the UK onto a map. Then, they plotted the river Nile, Indus, Mississippi, Amazon and Ganges onto a world map. The children were able to identify the continent the rivers travelled across. 

In Drama, the children continued to explore the forest sounds and atmosphere.
