We have lots of fun in science this week learning about the particle properties of solids, liquids and gases. We went outside and in 3 groups we pretended we were particles and grouped ourselves into solids- tightly packed and unable to move; liquids, close together but could move around each other, and gases- spread apart and moving in all directions.
We have started to learn about the life and accomplishments of Alexander the Great. we were fascinated to find out that he tamed a wild horse at just age 12!
In art, we have examined the uses and significance of masks in different cultures and created a fact files showcasing our learning.
I’m maths, we have started our multiplication and division unit, exploring the inverse of the six times table and how it relates to division.
We have practised the months and dates in Spanish and learned how to ask and answer the question “Cuantos anos tienes?”
Have a great weekend!
