This week, we had an amazing time on our school trip to Cadbury World, where we explored the history of chocolate and experienced an interactive workshop that took us through the journey of chocolate from bean to bar. During the interactive workshop, children had the opportunity to have a first hand experience of the journey a cocoa bean takes once leavig the tropical countries they are grown in. We also had the opportunity to write our names in liquid chococlate. This was a fantastic trip that helped consolidate our understanding of Ghana and the cocoa production.

In Science, we have begun learning all about the digestive system. In groups, the children were given the opportunity to locate parts of the digestive system on the human body.

In Maths, children have been working really hard on rounding numbers to the nearest 10, 100 and thousand. Keep up the hard work!

This Thursday was Mental Health Awareness day, we really enjoyed coming to school in our yellow or bright colours to spread the awareness.
