In Y3G this week we have we have continued to develop our sketching skills by skilfully copying and practising how to draw a bare tree,realistically, for the foreground of our final pieces. The children wer very resilient in annotating each tree they drew in order to self assess on how to improve their work. 
We have also started writing a retell of when Barney and Lou arrived at the campsite. Beautiful vocabulary has been included with lots of description and emotions fuelling the piece. 
In Maths, we have been focusing on how to multiple and divide by 4 and 8. Although it was tricky at first, the children made great efforts and used their awesome times table knowledge to support their working out. 
The children completed their Elf Dash this week, raising money for the PFTA. Check out the pictures of the cheeky elves completing the Christmassy course! 
In RE, the children each made their own kindness leaves which have been displayed in the classroom to form a kindness tree. 

Fibally, we won KS2 class points! Well done, Y3G, for your hard work!
